Lester Fuller went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, December 25, 2020. Lester was born to Bertha and Warren Fuller on January 10, 1927 in Ben Hill County, Georgia. He was the eldest of their 8 children. Lester attended school in Ben Hill County, Georgia. He served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. Lester entered holy matrimony with Lucille Fuller (nee Latimer). The union was blessed with 6 children: Edward Lee, Lester Warren, Joseph Earl, Joshua David, Deborah Joyce and Jerome. After he was widowed, he married Rebell Rogers. Lester was an avid learner and a natural teacher. He started and successfully ran several businesses – a tailor, a restauranteur, mechanic, fuel/oil, and trucking to name a few of his successes. Lester loved his family and was always willing to share his knowledge and give them a helping hand. Lester was preceded in death by both wives – Lucille Fuller (nee Latimer), Rebell Fuller (nee Rogers), his sons – Lester (2018), Jeronimo (2018), and Joseph (2009) – Brothers – Leroy and Samuel, Sisters – Annie and Lexie. Lester leaves to celebrate his life, sons Edward and Joshua, daughter Deborah (nee Thomas), sister Terrasee (nee West), brothers Edward and Elmor. He is the grandfather of 8 – Lester Cooke, Alicia Sample, Joseph Fuller, Samuel Fuller, Andre Holmes, Melvin Thomas, Melissa Thomas (nee Quinones), Mark Thomas. He is the great grandfather of many. There is a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and special friends.
