Melissa Ann Palmer (Pollitt), who left us on January 25,2025 just one day after her 57th birthday was born in Camden NJ on January 24,1968. Melissa was the beloved daughter of Donald and Deborah Pollitt (predeceased) and sister to Gina Pollitt, Arncy Pollitt-Tart and Donna Pollitt.

Melissa leaves behind a legacy of love and strength, survived by her three children, Tiffaney Pollitt (spouse Hasan Stewart), Chenise Pollitt, and Brittny Pollitt. She also leaves behind two adoring grandchildren Saadiq and Saadeya Shaw a beautiful great granddaughter Serenity Lajara and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Melissa attended Camden High School and graduated in 1986. She went on to work in healthcare for over 20yrs, dedicating her life to helping others. In her spare time, she enjoyed dancing and reading, finding joy and solace in these hobbies.

While we mourn her passing, we take comfort in knowing that Melissa is now at peace and dancing in the heavens above.
