Salina Dale Robinson was born on September 8, 1949, in Camden, New Jersey, to the late Elizabeth M. Robinson Howell and stepfather Louis Howell. She was one of two children and was raised in Camden, where she received her early education in the Camden School System. Salina graduated from Camden High School in 1967.

She continued her academic journey at Glassboro State College ( Rowan Universary), where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 1971. In 1972, Salina began a dedicated and impactful career with the Camden School System. Over the course of 38 years, she served as an elementary school teacher at Cramer Elementary School, Davis Elementary School, and McGraw Elementary School. Her commitment to education and love for her students left a lasting impression on countless children and families. Salina retired in 2010 after a long and faithful career of service.

In 1977, Salina was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Tiwany Nicole Robinson. In 1998, she was further blessed with the privilege of raising DaQuan L. Witcher, whom she loved as her own.

During her illness, Salina was lovingly cared for by her daughter Tiwany, her son DaQuan, her granddaughters, her brother Louis, and devoted caregiver, Massiel. Her strength, grace, and resilience were evident throughout her life.

Salina was preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth M. Robinson Howell and Louis Howell, along with a host of other relatives.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her daughter, Tiwany N. Robinson; her son, DaQuan L. Witcher; special son, Jamir Witcher; her granddaughters, Kamiya Robinson and Salina Robinson; her brother, Louis L. Howell; her sister-in-law, Sherra Cave Howell; her nephew, Louis N. Howell; her niece, Kiera N. Howell; and a host of extended family, friends, former colleagues, and students whose lives she touched.

Salina Dale Robinson will be remembered for her dedication to education, her love for her family, and the legacy of care and compassion she shared with all who knew her.
