Charles T. Ashley Jr., affectionately known as “Lester”, was born in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Charles T. Ashley Sr. and Gertrude (Moton). Lester completed his education in the NYC Public School System and furthered his education receiving certificates in Business, Culinary and Welding.
