Obituary of Jherell Bailey

Please share a memory of Jherell to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jherell Jhamaad Bailey affectionately known as 'Jay" was born at Cooper Hospital April 11, 1981 to his parents Donna Bailey and Sean Charlton. Jay was educated in Camden School System. He was the second oldest of five and was always mentioned with his older brother Itchy. Jay was the life of the party. He loved to party with his family and friends. He always kept people laughing with his jokes and smart mouth. Jay was known for telling everyone that he loved them and his favorite word "Bursal". Jay thought he was everyones father but we left it like that. You never wanted to land in a debate with him because even when he was wrong he was always right. Jay loved his mothers cat "Cat Dog" and his dogs Bebe, Project and Pebbles and took pride in raising them. Jay was preceded in death by his great grandmother Sally Pruitt, paternal grandparents Howard and Viola Charlton. He leaves behind to cherish memories; his mother Donna Bailey, father Sean Charlton, four brothers Jamaal, Javon, Jakwail and Justin Bailey, maternal grandmother Marlene Bailey a special friend Ronnett Brown and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
