Obituary of Bernadette Land

Bernadette Land was born on September 6 1962 to the proud parents Henry and Anna Land . On Thursday January 26 2023 her Heavenly Father sent his angels of mercy to take her home. Bernadette was educated in the Camden City School System. She began her professional career working for Waste Management from 1997 to 1999. Leaving there she began working for Local 222 and 776 from 2001 until 2021. Bernadette was an enthusiastic and successful entrepreneur. Through her business, Kiddy Land she thrived on putting smiles on family’s faces. Her legacy of Kiddy Land will continue to grow through her children and grandchildren. Bernadette’s passion was her grandchildren , playing cards and her dogs . She was predeceased by her son Rasheed Land , her parents Henry and Anna Land and one brother Harry Land . She leaves to mourn her passing two daughters Wakeelah ( Antwan) Shakeelah ( George ) two brothers Anthony, Henry , two sisters Dorothy and Sandra Land six grandchildren Ayanna , Anaejah, Antwan , Gabriel , Giselle and Geeon and three godchildren , Rasheeda, Rashay and Rashid . A host of nieces and nephews , cousins and friends . She was also predeceased by special friends Darlene Cooper and Adia .
