Condolences to the family of Parris Higgs. A soft spoken man who always had a smile and I'm happy I had the pleasure of meeting him and his brother Clinton when they worked at PSEG Nuclear plant through Local 222 Labors Union many, many years ago. Our prayers and thoughts are with the family during their bereavement. Lean on Jehovah's strength through this journey.
