Norma Emily Watkins was born in Camden, New Jersey on October 29, 1946, to the late Howard "Jeep" Still and Emily Still. Norma grew up in Merchantville, New Jersey and later relocated to Delanco, New Jersey where she resided until her time of passing.

Norma graduated from Pennsauken High School and later attended Harris School of Business where she obtained her degree in short-hand. Norma retired in 2011 after being a dedicated employee of 35 years at L3-Communications in Camden, NJ.

Norma was an active member at Asbury Methodist Church in Woodlyne, New Jersey. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, and having a great time with her family and friends. She was an amazing cook and had a flare for design and all things sharp.

She was preceeded in homegoing by her son, the late Joseph Anthony (Peen) Still, brother Bertram Still, sister Regina Still, and brother Kenneth Still.

She leaves to cherish fond memories, her children, Jennifer Still, Preston Still and his wife Kristy Skyers-Still, grandchildren DeWayne, Jake, Jillian, Remington and Ella. Also, her brothers Elwood Still, Michael Still, David Still, sister Donna Still, and a host of family and friends.

Norma was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and a fabulous friend to all that she encountered.
