Obituary of Jeannette G Johnson

Jeannette G. Johnson was born in Germany on December 29, 1957 to the late Eddie B Montgomery and
Eva B. Montgomery and was raised in Camden, N.J. She was preceded by Eddie B. Montgomery, Eva B.
Montgomery, Kenneth E. Montgomery, and Johnny L. Montgomery. She attended the Camden Public
School system. She formerly worked at Tartan Textile. She loved to play music, sit on the step or porch,
and having a good time with others. She liked to socialize with neighbors, family and friends.
Jeannette was known for speaking her mind and telling the truth whether you liked it or not. She didn’t
bite her tongue nor pulled any punches. There were times she’d make us laugh with the way she talked
and the things she did. She was very generous and if you needed help she’d give you her last. It was no
secret Jeannette loved her family and never stopped praying for them. Through all the trials and
tribulations she may have endured, she always fought hard to get through it.
Jeannette leaves to cherish fond memories of her children: Lawrence Johnson Jr., Labriant E. Johnson,
Olijuwan G. Holmes, Robert J Gray. Grandchildren: Olijuwan G. Holmes Jr., Eva B. Johnson, Cy’Lah M.
Coleman, Ca’Layla M. Coleman, Ladiashaun L. Johnson and a host of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews
and other relatives.
