James Otis Richardson was born on April 10, 1959 in Moultry Ga. to mother Lois Watts and raised by James Watts. He departed this life on Friday March 23, 2018 at Cooper Hospital. Otis known to most of us moved to Camden in 1960. He attended Camden Public Schools including Camden High School. He later received hid G.E.D.  He was employed off and on as a handy man, painter, carpet cleaner etc. He enjoyed being a devoted father and grandfather. He was always there for everyone. We all knew he would give you the shirt off his back. He will be remembered for his loving smile. His caring heart and his sense of humor. He is survived by his 3 childrem Shareda Owens, Otis Richardson Jr. and Onika Tricoche grandkids Nathaniel,Carlos, Envy, Rizequiel, Ja’Zyah, Za’Niyah, two sisters Patiricia Richardson and Sandra Barge, three aunts Kala Richardson, Shirley Richardson, Betty Richardson and god brother Ervin and a special friend Betty. A host of nieces and nephews and other family. He was preceded by his mother Louis Watts sisters baby Louis, Jennifer Watts, Phyllis Watts, Debra Watts and brother James Watts.
