Julie Bailey, a native of Camden New Jersey, went to be with the Lord on January 27, 2019. Julie was the fourth child born April 5, 1960 to the late Leroy and Mary Bailey.

 

She was known to some as (Judy). She attended Camden City Public School System and graduated from Camden High School class of 1978. At her class reunion she was nominated for "The Best Afro" , she was a fun and loving person and always loved  helping others. Julie loved her only son so much and had "ALOT OF LOVE FOR HER GRANDCHILDREN". She was a prod grand mom and always wanted to help care and spoil them. 

 

Julie loved learning to cook those special meals that her Mom and aunts cooked.We all loved for her to cook them. Julie accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior at an early age. As Julie began to have medical problems she called on the Lord and asked him to forgive her for her sins. Julie trusted God.

 

She retired from the Camden Police Department where she was employed for over 20 years. 

 

She leaves to cherish her memories a loving son Anthony Bailey, Camden NJ sibling Phyllis Bailey, Decatur Ga., Leroy and Herbert Bailey, Camden NJ four grandchildren Daisey Fletcher,Juanita Hamilton and Ruth Davis of Patterson NJ, 3 nieces, 3 nephews, and a special cousin like a sister Sarena Cobb a host of relatives and friends.
