passed onto eternal life on 3/21/15. She was born in Camden, NJ to the late Arlington and Allene Reynolds. Jacquelyn attended grade and junior high school in Macon, Ga. and was a proud graduate of Camden High class of 1961. As a pioneer in her own right, she was the only African American and minority to graduate from high school with honors. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Shaw University, her Masters Degree of Education in Student Personnel Services from Rowan University and a Doctorate Degree in Education. She furthered her studies by achieving a diploma in Pastoral Studies from Shiloh Theological Seminary in Stafford, Va. Dr.McLaughlin's credentials reflect three decades of commitment to intellectual excellence. Her life and legacy will continue through her sons Jevon and Jacques, 5 grandchildren Jevon, Jevonta, Jahmir, Diamond (predeceased) and Jacques. Three sisters Geraldine Purdue, Garnella Anderson, and Rose Reynolds. Two brothers Arlington Jr. and Michael Reynolds. She was predeceased by her husband Herman McLaughlin.
