Sheila, please excuse my delay in penning the thoughts and prayers I had for you and your family the day I heard of your beloved sister's passing. Ironically, it was during the same time that my family was preparing to lay our Grand Matriarch to rest on Thursday, 12/19. As Christian Believers, I know for certain that the grief and sorrow we share in our respective losses are being overcome daily by the faithfulness and comfort of our Heavenly Father and the omnipresence of His precious Holy Spirit.
We are assured that the toil and suffering of our loved ones have ceased, that their tears have been wiped away and that JOY UNSPEAKABLE has taken its rightful place in their immortal souls. Coupled with the legacy of their life and love left behind, this gives us evermore reason to rejoice in the LIVING HOPE of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ this Christmas Season. We also know that the Divine Timing of God is nothing short of PERFECT and that unto us a Child was born and a Son was given so that for us, to live is CHRIST and to die is GAIN.
May the LOVE of the FATHER surround, the LIFE of the SON strengthen and the LIGHT of the HOLY SPIRIT illuminate and encourage you and the family in the days ahead.
