Someone like Kim comes into your life but once. She was compassionate, loving, an incredible advocate, witty and had an all around brightness. I was lucky enough to work beside her learn from her and see the bond she has with her patients and coworkers firsthand. Always on 2/22 I thought of or made sure I sent a birthday wish to her as we shared the same birthday. Her loss will be felt by so many, so deeply. To make that impact here is all we can ever ask for. I am sending prayers of peace and comfort to Kim’s family and friends as she takes her place at the Holy table. Thank you all for allowing me to be part of her earthly journey. Live your lives in her honor and love her always.
