Walter's Obituary:

Walter T. Crump, Jr. passed away on November 9, 2024, in Camden, New Jersey. He was born on July 7, 1959 to the late Walter T. Crump, Sr. and Myrtle N. (Harris) Crump at Cooper Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. Walter's jovial spirit and humor brought life and laughter to all those who knew him. His favorite saying "Where are all my friends at" will be remembered by many as a testament of his warm, inviting nature.

Walter's educational journey began in the Haddonfield public school system and ended in the Camden public school system when he graduated from the "castle on the hill" Camden High School with a foundation that supported his lifelong learning and curiosity. Although he did not pursue higher education, he did join the military in the U.S. Army. His wisdom and knowledge were very evident to all those who had the pleasure of engaging in conversations with him.

Walter was a dedicated worker working for many companies. He was last employed at Puratos Bakery supply company until his early retirement due to illness. His commitment to his role and the many friendships he cultivated during his years of employment remained a significant part of his life.

Walter was a beloved father, brother, and grandparent. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children Jerrell, Walter the 3rd, Jamie(Paloma), Mercedes and his12 grandchildren, his sisters. Sarah, Deborah (William), Rosemary (Sherron), Crestina, Joann, and a very special loving sister Bernadette, his twin, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends who were like family.

He was preceded in death by his father Walter T. Crump, Sr. and his mother Myrtle N (Harris) Crump Lewis
